    About Product

    1、What is an inverter?

Inverter is a kind of power electronic equipment, whose main function is to convert direct current (DC) into alternating current (AC). XWJNE mainly develops and produces pure sine wave inverters at present.

    2、Why can't a 2000W inverter start a 2000W motor?

The main reason is that the starting current (instantaneous power when starting) of the motor is much higher than its rated power, and the output capacity of the inverter needs to meet the requirements of continuous power and peak power at the same time. For example, our 2000W inverter can bear 4000W peak power, so it can only carry electrical appliances with peak power not exceeding 4000W and normal working power within 2000W.

3、What is the difference between pure sine wave and modified wave and square wave?

Pure sine wave waveform characteristics: smooth and continuous sine curve, which is completely consistent with the power supply waveform of the power grid. Characteristics of corrected wave waveform: stepped waveform, which is corrected by square wave superposition (approximate sine wave, but with steep jump). Characteristics of square wave: there are only two levels of rectangular waves, high and low, and the abrupt change is severe. So if it is sensitive equipment, you must choose pure sine wave: such as notebook computers, medical equipment, inverter refrigerators, etc.

4、How to equip the battery with a suitable inverter?

The core of inverter selection is to match the battery voltage, meet the load power (including starting peak), and give priority to pure sine wave to be compatible with complex loads. For high-power or long-term operation scenarios, it is recommended to consult our service team to ensure the safety and efficiency of the system.

5、What causes the price difference of inverter equipment?

The price of inverters with different waveforms is different. Pure sine wave is the most expensive, followed by correction wave and square wave. However, the products that can be used for different waveforms are limited (correction wave and square wave). Pure sine wave is almost the same as mains electricity. Different inverter brands using different components will also lead to inconsistent prices.

6、What should I pay attention to when selecting the inverter?

    1. Matching of core electrical parametersInput voltage: it must match the voltage of the DC power supply (battery/photovoltaic array) (12V/24V/48V, etc.).Three dimensions of power selection: continuous power, starting power, and peak power.

    2. Energy efficiency and loss managementThe model with efficiency > 82% is preferred.The off-grid model should be < 1% (standby for 1000 W model < <10W).

    3. List of protection functions (required items)

    4. Environmental adaptability index5. Cost optimization strategyPure sine wave for sensitive load + correction wave for ordinary load (saving 20% cost)

7、 What's the difference between AC and DC?

Alternating current (AC) is a current whose direction and magnitude change periodically (such as 120V sine wave for household use), while direct current (DC) is a current whose direction is constant (such as battery output). The core difference lies in the mode of electron movement: AC electrons reciprocate and DC electrons flow in one direction. AC is suitable for long-distance power transmission, and DC is suitable for power supply of electronic equipment.

8、How should I install the inverter?

First, connect the positive and negative poles of the battery with the positive and negative stages of the inverter with cables attached to the inverter (the product page has specific operation videos). After the connection, you can use the interface of the inverter to connect the equipment and turn on the inverter to start working.

9、What size inverter do I need to buy?

    computing formulaMinimum power of inverter (w) = (Σ resistive load power +Σinductive load starting power) × safety factor 1.2.Calculation example:500W refrigerator (start 2500W)200W TV (resistive)100W lamps (resistive)Total power = = (200+100)+2500 = 2800W W.Recommended inverter = 2800×1.2 = 3360W (select standard 3500W model).Third, the quick comparison tableRecommended inverter power for the load combinationTV+fan+mobile phone charging 500- 800WRefrigerator + washing machine +3 air conditioners 6000-8000 WElectric drill+angle grinder (for site use) 3000W peak value

10、What electrical appliances did most people use during the power outage?

First, the core essential electrical appliances (just needed for survival)lighting equipmentLED lamp: 5- 10W/ lamp, with electricity consumption of about 0.1 kWh all night.Emergency light: it is recommended to choose USB charging type (which can also be used as a mobile power supply).Communication equipmentMobile phone/walkie-talkie charging: 5- 10Wh for a single charge.Router: 5- 12W (continuous power supply is required to maintain the network)Basic cookingRice cooker: 500W cooking for 30 minutes ≈0.25 kWh.Induction cooker: 1200W (supported by high-power inverter)Second, the comfort of electrical appliances (depending on the choice of power margin)Suggestions on the use of power range of electrical appliances50-100W electric fan with DC frequency conversion is preferred (saving 30% electricity). The mini refrigerator 100-200W only stores key items such as medicines/breast milk.Laptop 30-90W saves 90% electricity compared with desktop.

11、How long can the battery run the system?

Core calculation formulaRunning time (hours) = [battery voltage (V) × battery capacity (Ah) × depth of discharge (DoD) × inverter efficiency] ÷ load power (w)Description of key parameters:Battery capacity: for example, 12V 100Ah = 1200Wh (theoretical value)Depth of discharge (DoD):Lead-acid battery: 50% or less is recommended.Lithium battery: up to 80-90%Inverter efficiency: Pure sine wave is usually 85-95%.
